Today we made another trip to Interlaken, a beautiful town located between the Lake of Thun and the Lake of Brienz in the mountaineous Berner Oberland in the Jungfrau Region.
We stopped for lunch of salad and fish at Kreuz Restaurant, overlooking the Lake of Thun in a pretty little village of Leissingen outside Interlaken.
Pauline Theva-Aksorn Haldemann is a Bangkokian by birth but has been living abroad (this time) since beginning of 1971. Educated in Thailand and abroad, she’s married to a Swiss and has a daughter who lives and works in Switzerland. Pauline and her husband also own a second home in Phuket, Thailand.
